Travel Agency representative with Dutch and or Norwegian language

Webhelp Malaga is expanding, and we are therefore searching for more talented people to join our team. We are searching for people with fluent level of Dutch and or Norwegian language, together with excellent English and previous experience from the travel industry

As a customer service specialist, daily activities will include advising and serving our customers via available channels of communication (phone, email and live chat) while representing the firm and the client. It is essential to provide a warm and approachable, yet professional service at all times,


  • Experience within the travel business.
  • Customer service experience.
  • Extensive communication and listening skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written skills in English.
  • Fluent verbal and written skills in Dutch language. 
  • Ability to work under pressure and take initiative.
  • Ability to cooperate with others; work as part of a team and also independently; work in a multicultural environment.
  • Knowledge of Amadeus is an advantage.
